We don’t tamper with perfection, but instead concentrate on recreating the classic cocktails which we serve with passion and precision. That’s why our drinks menu is composed mainly of cocktails from the golden age, but it also features a carefully curated selection of contemporary classics.
 
New York, New York
Much of the inspiration for Moltkes Bar comes from stateside – New York, to be specific. And the old, lovingly refurbished bar (never before used for its intended purpose), is now the height of authenticity with the cocktail culture impact that’s characteristic of a thoroughly modern metropolis.
